A Day With John

Yes, I had a nice day with John.
We started up with a hot cup of coffee in his kitchen.

In the hangar of Werneuchen Airport, he wanted to have a picture of him self and a naked woman. It was´nt easy to find one.

After that, I hang him into chains, he swang so cute.

The day was crowned by this nice sunsed.

After 2 1/2 years of closing, the recontructed swimming hall in Berlin-Lichtenberg opend tody. The first were a group of children.
Two of them had to be rescued.

The day started with a young caucasian Zebu at the Tierpark (east Zoo). The young lady is called Lea. The Tierpark is, exept of the Zoo Stralsund, the only one who shows the Zebus in Europe.

In the coldness today my camera accu where empty soon.
After a short brake I took the memory celebrations for the victims of the 2. world war. Today 67 years ago the russian armee set the prisoners of Auschwitz free.

Today I went with my school kids to a youth club, to show them a nice kind of using the holidays next week.

There are still a few very old bridges in Berlin. One of them is the bridge in Karlshorst, it is more than 100 years old and where never repaired.
Once upon a time, it where build for coaches an horses, sometimes there came a modern electrical tram. On top of the there bridge drove the famous S-Bahn-train, by steam.

Time has chanced, now we see cars, intercity-trains, heavy trucks and more. The bridge is still the same and it nearly brakes together. The walls has cracks, the steal rusts and you still can see the signs of the 2th world war. Since 1960 the bridge should be new build, generations are waiting for it.

Open Day

Today was the Open Day at the school I teach the kids. It´s a school for children from the 7th to 10th school year. I made an english test and got 28 of 30 points because of typing mistakes.

it´s christmas time again

On Friday I have been to the very first christmasparty of the new season. I met the big group of people whow work with kids and youngsters to their party in a restaurant with fondue.

Yesterday I visited a part of the family in Spandau-Kladow. They are big sailors, they rounded the world by their own yacht. It took nearly 13 years. The boat is in the Netherlands now, for the winter season.

The Tierpark-Berlin (the other zoo) has a new kind of Kangaroos, the grey big ones. There are still small but grey and very very fast.

The Kangaroos did ´nt wont get filmed or photografed. As allways in this case, the photographers took each other.

In The Castel

We are proud to have a real old castel in our zoo. I went to there, to listen to the chamber concert of the German-Scandinavian-Youth-Orchestra. It were a thanksgiving for the voluntary workers of the 2 zoos an the zoo-aquarium in Berlin.

 

 

 

Meadow And Blanket

Sometimes I like being alone in the mother natur. Ok, behind me where a small walk an the meadow where full of water, so that I could not walk on it, but it was enough so see for a nice foto.

Afterwarts I made something complet differend of you may think. I got a big blanket from a friend for modifying it by secwing maschine. It shoul be smaller an from the rest I make 2 cushions. I like that kind of work and I make it as good as I can. The cushions gets zipps an ribbons.

Happy New Year

 The New Year celebration in Berlin is very crazy and very noisy, to noisy. You need ear protectors and you can´t speek with the person beside you, even, if there is no bang direclty in your neerness. But the rockets are nice to see. The Streets are very dirty afterwards.
